WHO WE ARE
More than a decade of experience in the solar industry
After managing the installation of more than 20,000,000 watts of power through more than 2,000 solar energy installations, we knew it was time to create something better and with more social impact.
Our team knew solar energy was growing bigger than ever before, and a new system had to be created that could be more efficient, more affordable, and more reliable. And in February of 2020, Solar Grids® was born.
Today our team has managed the installations of more than 6,000 residential households totaling more than 100 million watts of energy.
Justin Kaiser
Co-founder and CEO
Company visionary with private equity background. Leads the company with evolutionary ideas to disrupt the solar industry. He is also the co-founder of Elite Funds and Solar Funds. Justin has an entrepreneurial spirit that is contagious to others around him - he sees opportunity where others see problems – which has led him to successfully build and manage numerous successful businesses.
Larry Schroder
Co-founder and President
Experienced business strategist focused on growing the company with his franchising experience and long-term outlook. He also serves as Managing Partner of Elite Funds and Solar Funds. From May 2015 to January 2019 he was President of Aluxa Homes in Omaha, NE , a national home building franchisor.
Luke Dreyer
Chief Technology Officer and
Chief Marketing Officer
Oversees and coordinates all aspects of IT operations and proprietary marketing company technology. Has created innovative systems and procedures to help multiple companies grow.
Angelina Garcia
Director of Branding & Marketing
Leads strategic marketing campaigns and branding techniques to grow company brand equity. Angelina has experience with growing and captivating current and new audiences in the solar industry and is focused on helping franchisees grow their local brand.
Gayrajan Kohli
Advisor
Oversees and manages investment processes & policies for renewable energy financial assets. Has 14+ years of experience in financing.
